Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Shipping times: Orders with items on stock are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Orders with made to order items are processed within 7 business days and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Shipping Costs: Delivery is complimentary for all orders above 450 €. For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply as follows: France: 10 € , European Union & Switzerland: 15 € , United Kingdom: 15 £ , United States, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 25 €.
Returns are subject to the same shipping charges. For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties and fees may apply.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Change of mind: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, stainless and with all original tags and packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at studio@mpowerwear.com . Your request will be reviewed by our Customer Care team, who will confirm whether the return is approved via email.
We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. In this case, the return fee — equivalent to the original delivery cost — will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own carrier, we will be happy to offer a full refund once your item has been received and inspected.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 14 days.
Refused Deliveries
If you choose to refuse your delivery, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued once the parcel has been returned and processed by our logistics team. Please allow up to 7–10 business days after receipt, in addition to standard bank processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
