  • Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Europe: 2–7 business days

    • Asia: 7–16 business days

    • Rest of the world: 10–16 business days (with possible exceptions)

  • Delivery is complimentary on all orders above 450 €.
    For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply:

    • France: 10 €

    • European Union & Switzerland: 15 €

    • United Kingdom: 15 £

    • United States, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 25 €

    Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

    Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to any order shipped worldwide, regardless of the purchase amount. During transit, you will receive an email from our shipping partner, with details of any required documents and potential additional fees at delivery. We recommend checking this email carefully to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

  • You will be notified by email of the shipment of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the progress by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, we regret that no changes (including delivery information) or cancellations can be made.

  • m^ cannot be held responsible for customs clearance operations or decisions as a result of inspections carried out by customs authorities, nor for any delays linked to these operations.

    We kindly ask you to contact the local authorities directly for any information regarding these operations.

Delivery

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.

  • Yes — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may choose your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us. If you opt for our prepaid label, the fee (equivalent to the original delivery cost) will be deducted from your refund.

    To help you make the right choice from the start, we provide detailed fit notes and size information on each product page. Our team is also here to assist with any sizing questions before you place your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the soles intact for shoes; they must have been tried on on a clean surface) and with all their original labels.

    Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside a parcel. Please return the order in its original packaging.

    Personalized products cannot be returned.

    If a return is deemed non-compliant by m^ , the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order.

    Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return your order, by following the steps below:

    1. Contact us at studio@mpowerwear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and let us know whether you would like to use your own carrier or receive a prepaid return label from us.

    2. If you opt for our prepaid label, the cost (equivalent to your original delivery fee) will be deducted from your refund.

    3. Make sure the items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you.

    4. Place the items in their original packaging. 

    5. Ship your parcel back to the address provided by dropping off your package at one of the courier’s collection points. 

    We recommend making sure that the courier scans your package on collection, so that your return can be tracked. Please keep your proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

  • Once your package has been received by our team, We will perform a quality check within the following few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to you by email. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

  • Order delivery costs are not refunded.

  • If you paid by credit card, the value of the returned products will be credited back to your card.

    If you paid by PayPal, the value of the returned products will be credited back to your PayPal account.

    Delivery costs will not be re-credited. 

Return and Refund

  • An invoice is issued for each order placed. You will receive it in PDF format in your shipping confirmation email.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as PayPal.

    During the checkout process, supported payment methods are displayed on the screen.

Order and Payment

  • Each of our pieces is crafted with advanced fabrics, designed to last. To preserve their performance and finish, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product page and inside your garment on the care label.

    Proper care ensures your item maintains its sharpness, comfort, and durability over time.

    If you do not follow these instructions and your item becomes damaged, the piece cannot be considered defective, and you will not be able to request a refund.

  • Each product page includes detailed fit notes and a size guide to help you choose the right size. You’ll also find the model’s height and the size they are wearing for reference.

    If you’re between two sizes or unsure, we recommend going with your usual size for a tailored fit, or sizing up for a more relaxed look.

Product Information

  • Yes — most of our products are machine washable on a cold cycle. For tailored pieces, outerwear, or items with integrated systems, please follow the specific care instructions carefully.

  • For products with heating systems or technical components, always remove the battery before washing. We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning for these pieces. Never twist or wring the garment, and store cables neatly inside the lining pocket to ensure long-term durability.

  • Over time, the semi water-repellent finish of your garment may diminish with wear. To restore water resistance, we recommend using a water-based, biodegradable treatment that preserves breathability and is free of PFAS.

    Always apply to clean fabric and follow the instructions carefully. This helps your garment maintain its performance while respecting both your comfort and the environment.

Product Care
