Seamsealing

Reinforced seams that last longer—built for real wear.

  • A garment is only as strong as its seams. Seam sealing is a bonding technology that strengthens stitched areas from the inside, reducing stress on the thread and protecting high-tension zones from wear and repeated washing.

    Inspired by aerospace methods — where seam integrity is critical in extreme conditions — we apply a fine internal sealing layer along key seams to reinforce the structure without adding bulk or stiffness. It’s durability you don’t feel, but you’ll notice over time.

Non - Iron

Sharp, ready, and effortless—straight from the wash.

  • Wrinkles form when fibers bend and set during wear and laundering. Our non-iron finish is engineered to improve wrinkle release by supporting the fabric’s structure at the fiber level—helping it recover its shape more easily as it dries. The goal is simple: keep the garment crisp without sacrificing comfort. The result remains soft, breathable, and easy to wear, while looking cleaner for longer with minimal effort.

Semi Water Repellent

Everyday protection from rain and splashes—without PFAS.

  • Water repellency is a surface-level technology: the fabric remains breathable, while the outer layer helps water bead and roll off. Traditional repellents often relied on PFAS chemistry; we chose a different path.

    Working with specialist laboratories and finishers, mpower’s products use water-based, PFAS-free alternatives designed for real-life performance — light rain, splashes, and daily exposure — while preserving softness, airflow, and natural movement. Engineered to stay comfortable.

  • For decades, PFAS — the so-called “forever chemicals” — were used in clothing to repel water, oil, and stains. They worked incredibly well, but at a cost: PFAS never break down. They persist in nature for centuries, polluting water, soil, and even our bodies.

    That’s why we made a different choice. In collaboration with leading laboratories and fabric finishers, mpower integrates PFAS-free alternatives. They provide everyday protection, while being designed to break down safely — unlike PFAS. And that’s the point: these finishes protect you today, without leaving a permanent mark on the planet tomorrow.

Aerogel Insulation

  • Aerogel was originally developed for aerospace insulation and is known as one of the lightest solids on Earth. Its secret is its structure — made of up to 99% air — which dramatically slows heat transfer.

    By encapsulating aerogel into recycled polyester fibers, we create insulation that delivers exceptional warmth with minimal weight and bulk. It’s engineered for city life: warm when you need it, comfortable when you move.

Graphene Heating System
